Job Summary
Provide critical care level care for inter-facility transportation of injured and/or ill patients within a station-based ALS unit. Document and maintain accurate medical records for patient encounters using the ImageTrend Elite electronic charting system. Operate emergency vehicles in a safe manner consistent with EVOC standards. This role offers a slower pace outside of 911 response, featuring three 12-hour shift options including days, nights, and swings. Candidates receive a sign-on bonus of $4,000-$7,500 and a relocation bonus of $3,500-$6,000 based on experience. Required Qualifications
- FLIGHT PARAMEDIC CERTIFICATION (FPC) OR BE WILLING TO OBTAIN IT
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- Current New Mexico driver's license without relevant restrictions within 30 days of hire
- At least 18 years of age with a driving record insurable per Presbyterian policy
- New Mexico Paramedic license
- Current ACLS and BLS through AHA, ASHI, or Red Cross
- Up to date with FEMA 100, 200, 700 courses
- Pass physical abilities assessment
- Obtain medical examiner certification/DOT certification as part of on-boarding
