Paramedic - Portland

Assess call situations to determine the best course of action while working with progressive Paramedic protocols. Utilize skills on medical equipment including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen devices, and intravenous fluids to provide advanced patient care. Drive the ambulance on 911 responses and act as team leader to manage scene and unit operations. Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance. Collaborate professionally with allied health, public safety personnel, and fellow Paramedics. Participate in community programs to maintain the AMR image and establish strong community relations.
