Job Summary
Deliver clinical care for members and guests, assessing patient conditions and providing stabilization until advanced care arrives or transport is arranged. Maintain readiness of medical equipment and supplies in the clinic and response vehicle, while coordinating medical referrals and consultations with local and remote physicians. Provide on-site medical coverage for private events, ensuring preparedness and responding promptly to incidents. Collaborate with the Program Coordinator to uphold operational protocols and assist with inventory management and policy development. Maintain electronic medical records and perform cleaning, care, and disinfection of the clinic and work area. Build positive relationships with high-net-worth individuals to uphold the reputation of the medical program as a trusted service. Work one 8-hour shift per week including evenings, weekends, and peak event times.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Applicable State or local government health system License
- PALS certification
- ACLS certification
- PHTLS certification
- 3 years of 911 ALS field experience
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in an applicable field
- Instructor certifications (PALS, ACLS, PHTLS)
- Critical Care Transport or equivalent settings experience
- AMLS credential
- PEPP credential
- EPC credential
- Experience interacting with high-net-worth individuals
- Experience working in remote locations and austere environments
