Job Summary
Lead and support frontline EMS personnel while remaining clinically active to solve operational challenges and promote safety. Coach, mentor, and develop Partners by coordinating daily operations, staffing, and real-time leadership responses. Ensure exceptional patient care and build relationships with teams across regional healthcare systems. This role includes a night shift differential and a supervisor stipend, with opportunities to advance into flight medicine, MICU, or EMS leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Current Ohio Paramedic certification strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- CPR and ACLS Certification
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence others
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of EMS operations and regional healthcare systems
- Ability to safely lift, move, and assist patients weighing 350+ pounds, with appropriate equipment and assistance
Desired Qualifications
- Three or more years of prehospital EMS experience
- Two or more years of formal or informal leadership experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn Operative IQ
- Experience with budgeting or operational metrics
- Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams
