Paramedic - Massena

Respond to emergency calls, assess patients, and administer advanced life support including airway management, IV therapy, and defibrillation. Safely transport patients to medical facilities while monitoring their condition, communicating with dispatch and other responders, and maintaining accurate patient care reports. Ensure vehicle readiness, educate patients in crisis situations, and interpret diagnostic instructions. Work in uncontrolled environments, often lifting patients up to 250 lbs, navigating uneven terrain, and responding to inclement weather. Maintain composure in high-stress scenarios and participate in continuous education to stay current with medical protocols.
