Paramedic - Massena

Respond to emergency calls, assess patients, and administer advanced life support including airway management, IV therapy, and defibrillation. Safely transport patients to medical facilities while monitoring conditions and providing care during transit. Coordinate with dispatch, firefighters, law enforcement, and healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate patient care reports and ensure vehicle and equipment readiness. Educate patients and families in crisis situations. Lift and move patients up to 250 lbs, often in challenging environments or extreme terrain. Adhere to legal and safety protocols while interpreting diagnostic instructions. Participate in continuous education to stay current with medical protocols. Work per diem in 12-hour shifts.
