Paramedic - Massena

Respond to emergency calls, assess patients, and administer advanced life support including airway management, IV therapy, and defibrillation. Safely transport patients to medical facilities while monitoring conditions and providing care during transit. Coordinate with dispatch, firefighters, and law enforcement; maintain accurate patient care reports and ensure vehicle readiness. Educate patients and families in crisis situations, lift and move patients up to 250 lbs in challenging environments, and remain calm in high-stress scenarios. Work 12-hour shifts on a per diem basis. Current NYS Licensed Paramedic with BLS, ACLS, and PALS credentials required.
