Paramedic - Massena

Respond to emergency calls, assess patients, and administer advanced life support including airway management, IV therapy, and defibrillation. Safely transport patients to medical facilities while monitoring their condition, often navigating extreme terrain or inclement weather. Coordinate with dispatch, firefighters, and law enforcement, and maintain accurate patient care reports. Ensure vehicle and equipment readiness, educate patients during crises, and adhere to safety protocols. Lift and move patients up to 250 lbs with partner assist, requiring constant walking, standing, and squatting in uncontrolled environments. Work per diem 12-hour shifts in Massena, NY.
