Paramedic - Massena

Respond to emergency calls, assess patients, and provide advanced life support including airway management, IV therapy, and defibrillation. Safely transport patients to medical facilities while monitoring their condition and communicating with dispatchers, firefighters, and law enforcement. Maintain accurate patient care reports, ensure vehicle and equipment readiness, and educate patients and families during crises. Lift and move patients up to 250 lbs in challenging environments, including extreme terrain and inclement weather, while adhering to safety protocols. Work 12-hour shifts on a per diem basis.
