Paramedic - Massena

Respond to emergency calls, assess patients, and administer advanced life support including airway management, IV therapy, and defibrillation. Safely transport patients to medical facilities while monitoring their condition and providing necessary care during transit. Maintain accurate patient care reports, ensure vehicle and equipment readiness, and educate patients and families in crisis situations. Work in various uncontrolled environments, including extreme terrain and inclement weather, while lifting and moving patients up to 250 lbs. Interpret diagnostic instructions and adhere to legal protocols. Maintain composure in high-pressure scenarios. Requires current NYS Licensed Paramedic credentials and BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
