Paramedic - Massena

Respond to emergency calls, assess patient conditions, and administer advanced life support including airway management, IV therapy, and defibrillation. Safely transport patients to medical facilities while monitoring vitals and providing care during transit. Coordinate with dispatch, firefighters, law enforcement, and healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate patient care reports. Ensure vehicle cleanliness and equipment readiness, educating patients and families in crisis situations. Adhere to legal protocols and interpret diagnostic instructions. Lift and move patients up to 250 lbs in challenging environments, including extreme terrain or weather, while transporting essential medical equipment. Maintain composure in high-stress situations. Requires current NYS Licensed Paramedic credentials, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
