Paramedic - Massena

Respond to emergency calls, assess patients, and administer advanced life support including airway management, IV therapy, and defibrillation. Safely transport patients to medical facilities while monitoring their condition, communicating with dispatchers and first responders. Maintain accurate patient care reports, ensure vehicle readiness, and educate patients and families during crises. Handle physical demands of lifting patients up to 250 lbs and navigating extreme terrain or inclement weather. Maintain composure in high-stress environments and participate in continuous education to stay current with protocols.
