Paramedic - Massena

Respond to emergency calls, assess patients, and administer advanced life support including airway management, IV therapy, and defibrillation. Safely transport patients to medical facilities while monitoring conditions and providing care during transit. Coordinate with dispatch, firefighters, law enforcement, and healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate patient care reports. Ensure vehicle and equipment readiness, educate patients in crisis situations, and lift/move patients up to 250 lbs in challenging environments. Adhere to legal protocols and participate in continuous education. Work 12-hour shifts on a per diem basis in uncontrolled, potentially hazardous settings requiring physical readiness and composure under stress.
