Paramedic - Massena

Respond to emergency calls, assess patients, and administer advanced life support including airway management, IV therapy, and defibrillation. Safely transport patients to medical facilities while monitoring their condition, coordinating with dispatch, firefighters, and law enforcement. Maintain accurate patient care reports, ensure vehicle and equipment readiness, and educate patients during crises. Interpret diagnostic instructions and perform physical tasks such as lifting patients up to 250 lbs, walking, kneeling, and crawling in extreme terrain or inclement weather. Work 12-hour shifts on a per diem schedule.
