Paramedic - Massena

Respond to emergency calls, assess patients, and administer advanced life support including airway management, IV therapy, and defibrillation. Safely transport patients to medical facilities while monitoring their condition, communicating with dispatchers and first responders, and maintaining accurate patient care reports. Ensure vehicle and equipment readiness, educate patients during crises, and interpret diagnostic instructions. Work in uncontrolled environments involving lifting patients up to 250 lbs, navigating uneven terrain, and responding to inclement weather. Maintain composure in high-stress situations and participate in continuous education to stay current with protocols.
