Paramedic - Massena

Respond to emergency calls, assess patients, and administer advanced life support including airway management, IV therapy, and defibrillation. Safely transport patients to medical facilities while monitoring their condition and providing necessary care during transit. Maintain accurate patient care reports, ensure vehicle and equipment readiness, and educate patients and families in crisis situations. Adhere to legal protocols and interpret diagnostic instructions, including calculating weight and volume ratios. Lift and move patients, often in challenging environments with extreme terrain or temperatures, while maintaining composure in high-pressure scenarios. Work per diem in 12-hour shifts.
