Paramedic - Massena

Respond to emergency calls, assess patients, and administer advanced life support including airway management, IV therapy, and defibrillation. Safely transport patients to medical facilities while monitoring conditions and providing care during transit. Maintain accurate patient care reports, ensure vehicle and equipment readiness, and educate patients and families in crisis situations. Interpret diagnostic instructions and calculate weight/volume ratios while lifting patients in challenging environments like extreme terrain or temperatures. Adhere to legal protocols and remain calm in high-stress, potentially hazardous conditions. Requires current NYS Licensed Paramedic credentials, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and valid driver's license. Per diem schedule with 12-hour shifts.
