Paramedic I

Provide advanced emergency medical care and transport to critically ill or injured patients in pre-hospital and inter-facility settings. Rapidly assess scenes, evaluate conditions, and administer life-saving interventions while safely operating emergency vehicles and documenting care. Prioritize personal, crew, patient, and bystander safety during dynamic events. Perform patient assessments according to protocol, procedure, and written directives, including ALS transports, peripheral IV access, gastric tube placement, and EZ IO. Complete this temporary role at St. Joseph Health in the Brazos Valley from September 21st through November 29th, 2026.
