Paramedic - Helen Keller EMS - PRN - Shift Varies

Conduct daily pre-run vehicle equipment preparation and inspection, perform vehicle and office cleaning, and collect and document all pertinent information. Confirm dispatch information, determine the best route to and from calls, drive responsibly and safely, park the ambulance, and initiate assessment and treatment based on patient needs per protocols and online medical control. Contact the receiving facility, continue ongoing assessment and treatment as determined by patient needs, transfer the patient, all records, and information to receiving facility staff, restock the ambulance, replace drug boxes and equipment, and complete all reports and data information. Requires current Alabama license as EMT Paramedic/Driver, ACLS, and BLS certification.
