Recognize changes in patient status, promptly communicate observations to registered nurses, and assist in implementing appropriate interventions. Safely administer medications in compliance with the five rights and complete accurate, timely documentation using electronic medical record systems. Operate and maintain medical equipment, facilitate efficient patient throughput, and respond rapidly to emergencies utilizing advanced life support techniques. Maintain professional communication with patients and families, ensure regular attendance, and comply with all hospital policies and standards of care.
