Job Summary
Provide medical care and transportation for patients at the EMT-P level within Illinois scope of practice; Paramedic/Firefighter for the Countryside contract in Vernon Hills, IL. Duties include EMS, rescue and/or fire services with certification requirements including Paramedic License, Firefighter II or Basic Operations Firefighter Certification, CPR, ACLS/PALS training provided by Metro, and successful completion of pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check. Required Qualifications
- Paramedic License
- Firefighter II or Basic Operations Firefighter Certification
- 1 year experience
- CPR Certified
- 21 Years of age
- Valid Illinois Driver's License
- ACLS (Metro will train)
- PALS (Metro will train)
- Successfully completion of pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check
