Paramedic - Emergency Medical Health Services - Full Time

Paramedics assess each call to determine the best course of action using progressive Paramedic protocols, provide advanced medical care with equipment including defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen, suction devices, and intravenous fluids, and communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance. They act as Paramedic team leader and take responsibility for scene and unit management as needed, and drive the ambulance on 911 responses. They work collaboratively with allied health and public safety personnel, participate in community programs to maintain AMR image, and meet minimum qualifications including a state Paramedic license, state driver’s license, and recognized medical certifications (BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic). The role is based in Beaverton, OR, and is offered as Full Time with benefits such as paid shift differentials, enhanced holiday pay, paid training, and generous PTO.
