Job Summary
Facilitate age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care while maintaining a safe environment and educating patients and families. Collect information, communicate effectively, and utilize technology during the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of health care services. Participate in patient advocacy, teaching, performance improvement, and the oversight of unlicensed personnel under the supervision of a Professional Registered Nurse or Physician. Full-time mid-shift position from 11 AM to 11 PM. Requires current Georgia Licensed Paramedic certification and BLS/ACLS upon hire.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1 year of experience as a Paramedic
- BCLS - Basic Life Support BLS Certification
- ACLS
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support Paramedics new to specialty will complete applicable certifications within 6 months of start date within 120 Days
- LP - Licensed Paramedic Current certification as a Paramedic in the State of Georgia
- Full Time Mid Shift 11 AM-11 PM
- ED Specialty Diff Given
