Job Summary
Manage patient care in the Emergency Department by evaluating effectiveness of interventions, recognizing significant changes in condition, and modifying treatment based on clinical presentation. Establish evidence-based priorities for administering medications and implement physical, social, or emotional interventions directly or through collaboration with physicians and other health care disciplines. Communicate patient status verbally, electronically, and in writing to ensure optimal outcomes and coordinate discharge planning with families and colleagues. Identify solutions to care delivery issues through quality improvement, continuing education, and peer review activities. Requires 3 years of relevant clinical paramedic experience, NH Paramedic licensure, and ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.

- Paramedic NH (EMT1002)
- (ACLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- (BLS) Basic Life Support
- (PALS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- Paramedic Registration (NREMT-PARA)
Desired Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant clinical paramedic experience in field of pre-hospital emergency care or in-hospital emergency care preferred
- Excellent communication skills desired with the ability to work collaboratively as member of multi-disciplinary team
