Job Summary
Facilitate age-appropriate, culturally and ethnically sensitive care while maintaining a safe environment and educating patients and families. Collect information, communicate effectively, and utilize technology during the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of health care services. Provide patient advocacy, teaching, and performance improvement, including oversight of unlicensed personnel. Requires current Georgia Paramedic license and National Registry certification, with BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications upon hire.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- BCLS - Basic Life Support BLS Certification
- ACLS
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- Current certification as a Paramedic in the State of Georgia
- National Registry certification
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as a Paramedic
