Paramedic

Paramedic responsibilities include collaborating with fellow Paramedics/EMTs and management to ensure high-quality patient care, maintaining up-to-date standards of care and certifications, and providing top-tier medical transport by following state/county protocols. Roles require courteous professional conduct with patients and colleagues, recognizing and treating medical conditions with appropriate techniques and equipment, and ensuring rig cleanliness and proper documentation such as pre-hospital care reports and billing signatures. Position requires the ability to lift 125 lbs+ and willingness to work varied day/night shifts across a 24-hour schedule. Qualifications include a Texas Paramedic License, BLS/ACLS/PALS, a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history, FEMA ICS certifications, strong verbal communication, technical comfort, teamwork, and respect for patients and staff.
