Job Summary
Provide high-standard clinical research care to healthy volunteer participants, including accurate blood sample collection via venipuncture, laboratory processing of biological specimens, and performance of vital signs and ECG monitoring. Prepare meals to ensure dietary compliance, maintain clean study environments, and record all research data onto case report forms while observing subjects for adverse events. Foster respectful relationships with participants, handle complaints efficiently, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced, protocol-driven setting. Requires current Paramedic and CPR certification with 0–2 years of experience. Full-time office/clinic-based role in Daytona Beach, FL, offering comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(K).
Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a Paramedic in applicable state
- Current CPR Certification
- 0 – 2 years of related experience
- Ability to work in an upright and /or stationary position for 6-8 hours per day
- Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf
- Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Varied hours may be required
