Job Summary
Provide swift and effective emergency medical services under various conditions, ensuring patient safety and delivering critical care during transport. Collaborate with healthcare teams on-scene and in the emergency department to enhance patient outcomes through cooperative efforts. Maintain high levels of quality control by following protocols and handling equipment and procedures both routinely and in complex cases. Train and evaluate new staff to contribute to continuous improvement and high standards within the healthcare facility. Adapt resources to the needs of the situation while solving problems and implementing solutions effectively.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lead and supervise activities
- American Heart Association ACLS certification within 30 days of hire
- American Heart Association PALS within 4 months of hire (provider or instructor-level)
- American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Able to provide proof of EVOC training in the last 3 years or will be to complete training within 6 months of hire
- Valid Minnesota Driver's License
- Current Paramedic certification from the State of Minnesota OEMS
