Job Summary
Paramedic role delivering in-home clinical care in collaboration with our care team. Conducts telehealth visits, performs clinical procedures (blood draws, specimen collection, point-of-care testing, medication and vaccine administration, basic wound care, basic hearing and vision tests, ABI/QuantaFlo) under supervision and state regulations, and supports providers with care coordination, chart preparation, and follow-up to improve patient outcomes and reduce unnecessary ER visits. Field-based/home-visit responsibilities include health screenings, patient communication, travel as needed, and adherence to healthcare laws and company standards. Requires active paramedic licensure, BLS, and state-specific requirements; prior home-health experience and NREMT certification are preferred. Vaccination policy applies; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered paramedic licensure and fulfillment of all state-specific requirements in the state you will practice
- NREMT Paramedic certification preferred
- Completion of a formal Paramedic training program or commensurate clinical experience
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required
- Preferred: 3 years’ experience
- Preferred: Prior experience caring for patients in the home setting including private homes and/or congregate living facilities
- Ability to travel as needed to locations with limited public transportation; proof of liability and property damage insurance on vehicle used is required
- DRIVER REQUIREMENTS: Licensed for a minimum of 5 years; clean driving record
