Job Summary
Deliver quality pre-hospital care to patients of all ages using proper techniques and adhering to Indiana Department of Homeland Security - EMS Division and Parkview Health EMS Medical Director standards. Ensure compliance with state Paramedic guidelines, CPR, and ACLS requirements while maintaining valid licensure and a clean driver's license. Provide one year of experience preferred, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills and meeting physical demands including lifting 100 pounds and assisting with 300 pounds. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid state Paramedic certification/license
- CPR
- Valid driver's license
- ACLS
- Must meet insurability requirements under Parkview Health vehicle and liability insurance policies, without a 'driver exclusion', and/or other insurance modifications and/or high risk classification
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds and assist with 300 pounds
