Paramedic Basic - Clackamas

Assess call situations to determine the best course of action while working with progressive Paramedic protocols. Utilize Paramedic skills on medical equipment including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction devices, and intravenous fluids to provide advanced patient care. Drive the ambulance on 911 responses, act as team leader for scene and unit management, and communicate with patients and families. Work collaboratively with allied health, public safety personnel, and fellow Paramedics. Requires Oregon State Paramedic License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS, and ICS certifications. Pay rate ranges from $73,394.83 to $112,102.00.
