Paramedic Basic

Assess call situations to determine the best course of action using progressive Paramedic protocols. Utilize medical equipment including defibrillators, EKG monitors, and oxygen devices to provide advanced patient care. Drive the ambulance on 911 responses while acting as team leader for scene and unit management. Communicate with patients and families to assure care is being delivered. Collaborate professionally with allied health, public safety, and fellow Paramedics. Participate in community programs to maintain the AMR image and establish strong community relations. Requires a CA State Paramedic License, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and ICS 100-800 training. Full-time or part-time roles available with a 10K sign-on bonus for two-year commitment.
