Paramedic Basic

Assess call situations to determine the best course of action using progressive Paramedic protocols. Utilize advanced medical skills on equipment including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen devices, and intravenous fluids to provide patient care. Communicate with patients and families to assure care is being given. Act as team leader managing scene and unit operations while driving the ambulance on 911 responses. Collaborate professionally with allied health, public safety, and fellow Paramedics. Participate in community programs to maintain the AMR image and establish strong community relations. Requires a CA State Paramedic License, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and ICS training. Full-time or part-time roles available with a 10K sign-on bonus for two-year commitment.
