Paramedic Basic

Assess call situations to determine the best course of action using progressive Paramedic protocols. Utilize medical equipment including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen devices, and IV fluids to provide advanced patient care. Communicate with patients and families to assure care is being delivered. Act as team leader managing scene and unit operations while driving the ambulance for 911 responses. Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel. Participate in community programs to maintain the AMR image and establish strong community relations. Requires a state Paramedic license, BLS, ACLS, and NREMT-Paramedic certification. Full-time role with immediate hiring at Global Medical Response.
