Paramedic

Assess call situations to determine the best course of action using progressive Paramedic protocols. Utilize medical equipment and procedures including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen devices, and IV fluids to provide advanced patient care. Communicate with patients and families to assure care is being delivered. Act as team leader managing the scene and unit, drive the ambulance on 911 responses, and collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel. Participate in community programs to maintain the AMR image and establish strong community relations. This part-time role in Lihue, HI, offers a salary of $39.54–$41 per hour. Applicants must hold a Hawaii State Paramedic License, BLS, ACLS, and NREMT-Paramedic certification.
