Job Summary
Paramedic full-time role in San Mateo County (Half Moon Bay/Burlingame) requiring assessment of calls, use of advanced medical equipment and protocols, providing high-quality patient care, acting as Paramedic team leader on scene, and driving the ambulance for 911 responses. Responsibilities include communicating with patients and families, collaborating with allied health and public safety personnel, and participating in community programs to maintain AMR image. Must have State Paramedic License, Ambulance Driver's License, Medical Examiners Card, State Driver’s License, and BLS/ACLS/PALS/PEPP/ITLS or PHTLS; driving record compliance and physical agility test. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- State Paramedic License
- Ambulance Driver's License
- Medical Examiners Card
- State Driver’s License
- BLS, ACLS, PALS OR PEPP, ITLS or PHTLS (PHTLS required by 1.1.25)
- Driving record in compliance with company policy
- Pass Physical Agility Test
- Some work experience, preferably in healthcare
