Job Summary
Paramedic role with responsibilities including on-scene assessment, leading paramedic team, operating defibrillator and EKG monitor, administering oxygen, suction, and IV fluids, communicating with patients and families, taking command of scene and unit management as needed, and driving the ambulance on 911 responses. Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel; participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and relations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- WA State Paramedic License or NREMT-P
- State Driver’s License
- ACLS
- PALS
- Driving record in compliance with company policy
- Pass Physical Agility Test
- Some work experience, preferably in healthcare
