Job Summary
Provide advanced emergency medical care on an ambulance, lead scene and unit management as needed, drive 911 responses, operate paramedic equipment (defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen, suction, IV fluids), communicate with patients and families, collaborate with allied health and safety personnel, participate in community programs to support AMR's image, and contribute to professional patient care as part of Global Medical Response's EMS teams.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- State Paramedic License
- State Driver’s License
- BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic
- Driving record compliant with company policy
- Pass Physical Agility Test
- Some work experience, preferably healthcare
