Paramedic responsible for assessing each call to determine best action, delivering advanced medical care using defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen, suction devices, and IV fluids; act as Paramedic team leader and manage scene/unit as needed; drive ambulance on 911 responses; collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel; participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and strong community relations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- State Paramedic License
- State Driver’s License
- Ambulance Driver's License
- Medical Examiners Card
- BLS, ACLS, PALS OR PEPP, BTLS OR PHTLS
- Driving record in compliance with company policy
- Pass Physical Agility Test
- Some work experience, preferably in healthcare
