Paramedic

Assess call situations to determine the best course of action using progressive Paramedic protocols. Utilize advanced medical skills on equipment including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen devices, and intravenous fluids to provide patient care. Drive the ambulance on 911 responses while acting as team leader for scene and unit management. Communicate with patients and families to provide information and assurance. Collaborate professionally with allied health, public safety personnel, and fellow Paramedics. Participate in community programs to maintain the AMR image and establish strong community relations. This full-time role includes a 12-hour shift schedule, a $10,000 sign-on bonus with commitment, and a starting rate of $34.76 per hour. Candidates must hold a State Paramedic License, Ambulance Driver's License, and relevant certifications such as PHTLS.
