Paramedic

Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while working with progressive Paramedic protocols. Utilize Paramedic skills on medical equipment including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, and intravenous fluids to provide advanced patient care. Drive the ambulance on 911 responses and act as team leader for scene and unit management. Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance. Collaborate professionally with allied health, public safety personnel, and fellow Paramedics. Requires Oregon State Paramedic License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS, and ICS 100-800 certifications.
