Provide high-quality pre-hospital and inter-facility advanced life support, including assessment, triage, and treatment using established Clinical Operating Guidelines. Administer medications, perform procedures, and safely transport critical care patients to appropriate facilities while monitoring and documenting their condition. Operate emergency vehicles safely and maintain equipment readiness, ensuring safety remains the highest priority throughout the transport continuum. When assigned, provide operational oversight of a shift in the absence of a supervisor. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals while participating in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
