Must demonstrate clinical competency and compassion, exercise excellent judgment, prioritize decisions, and act quickly in the patient’s best interest. Requires self-discipline, ability to develop patient rapport, interview hostile patients, maintain safe distance, and communicate effectively across diverse multicultural groups. Must function independently in a constantly changing, non-structured environment. Location: Owatonna, MN. Relocation assistance available up to $10,000. Hiring incentive of $8,000.
