Job Summary

Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and coordinating closing documents for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Conduct title searches, surveys, and due diligence reviews while preparing closing binders and condition checklists. Monitor lease milestones, draft renewals and assignments, and manage litigation files with case chronologies. Prepare entity filings, maintain minute books, and coordinate document executions and notarizations. Full-time in-office role requiring flexibility during high-volume periods. Requires 3–5 years of paralegal experience and strong attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of paralegal experience
  • meaningful exposure to commercial real estate or corporate transactions
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
  • Strong working knowledge of commercial real estate concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • familiarity with document management systems
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • high attention to detail
  • sharp contract-reading abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • valid work authorization that does not now and/or will not in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the US

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in an in-house legal department within a real estate, retail, or development company
  • Familiarity with Arizona real estate laws, regulations, and recording procedures
  • Notary Public commission in the State of Arizona (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience working on multi-million-dollar real estate or other corporate transactions
