Job Summary
Manage and organize case files, draft discovery requests and pleadings, and review medical records to prepare detailed chronologies and narrative summaries. Assist with depositions and discovery investigations by coordinating witnesses and experts, while preparing trial notebooks, exhibits, and demonstrative aids for litigation. Coordinate communications regarding deadlines for depositions, mediations, and hearings, and present PowerPoint materials for mediation and trial alongside attorneys. Travel as needed to attend depositions, meet with witnesses, and visit accident scenes or evidence locations. Utilize case management tools, track billable time, and collaborate on case strategy and trial preparation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a law firm environment
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- paralegal certification

- Ability to produce accurate, high-quality work in a timely manner
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
