Job Summary
Legal Assistant or Paralegal supporting a trusts and estates disputes team in a hybrid role based in Bristol, Nottingham, or Stratford-upon-Avon. Responsibilities include opening/closing electronic files, using a case management system, handling calls, photocopying/scanning/printing/filing, archiving, typing documents, processing post and couriers, managing diaries and travel, assisting with financial administration including invoicing and payments, and maintaining Excel records. Key skills/experience: at least 6 months’ admin experience in legal or professional services, proficiency with Word/Excel, GCSE C in English and Maths, strong teamwork, clear communication, accuracy under pressure, and proactive attitude. Required Qualifications
- minimum of 6 months’ experience in an administrative role gained within a legal or professional services environment
- confidence with IT systems to include Microsoft Word and Excel
- a minimum grade C pass at GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics
