Paralegal (Trademark Law and Federal Litigation)

Job Summary
Prepare and manage discovery responses, draft and review legal documents including pleadings, affidavits, and briefs, and ensure all filings are accurate and compliant. Organize case files, track deadlines and case progress, and maintain correspondence with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Communicate with clients to gather information, conduct initial interviews, and provide updates on case progress. Coordinate with attorneys regarding document filings and support internal workflows to ensure smooth case progression. This fully remote position supports a California-based law firm handling trademark law and federal litigation.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Paralegal
- Experience working with a U.S. law firm
- Full-time schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST (Monday to Friday)
- Reliable and must have good communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proactive, flexible, and highly self-motivated
- Strong sense of accountability and initiative
Desired Qualifications
- California experience
- Experience in Trademark law & Trademark Application of USPTO and/or Federal Litigation
- Law degree or legal education
- Ideally fluent in English
