Job Summary
Conduct contract review and management, including drafting and reviewing agreements to ensure legal soundness and policy compliance. Support compliance teams on intellectual property infringement matters, negotiate outcomes, and provide legal assessments to internal customer success teams. Assist the Employee Success team on employment initiatives, guide external consultants on property and IP issues, and ensure regulatory adherence for Access PaySuite. Perform legal research to support various projects and initiatives. Work hybrid in London or Loughborough, collaborating with senior lawyers across commercial and non-profit sectors.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in law or a related field, or relevant legal qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to lean in and work as part of an enthusiastic and supportive team
- Enjoyment from working in a team and being a team player, with a collaborative mindset
- London or Loughborough HQ
