Paralegal - Texas Based with Auto Insurance knowledge

Job Summary
Remote Texas-based paralegal supporting insurance defense and claims teams; assists with document review, file management, and compliance; drafts legal documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, subpoenas, and settlement agreements; conducts legal research related to insurance regulations, case law, and statutes; coordinates with attorneys, claims professionals, and external partners on active matters; assists with litigation activities including discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial prep; tracks deadlines and ensure timely filings across multiple cases; supports settlement coordination and documentation; communicates effectively with Spanish-speaking clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
- 3+ years of Paralegal experience (insurance defense, P&C, or related field preferred)
- Experience in Property Damage, Subrogation, and/or Bodily Injury claims or litigation
- Paralegal certification (ABA-approved program preferred)
- Strong written/verbal communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Desired Qualifications
