Paralegal - Team 2

Assist Qualified Solicitors in insurance defence litigation, drafting pleadings, reviewing discoverable material, conducting legal research, taking informal and formal witness statements, and helping with trial preparation. Compile quantum evidence analyses including chronologies and anomalies across sources such as Hospital and GP notes and medico-legal reports. Instruct Counsel and medico-legal experts, manage daily task lists and deadlines, maintain SLAs, and ensure accurate reporting through the Case Management system. Demonstrate strong communication with colleagues, clients, and third parties, and uphold Keoghs values while progressing cases and supporting progression of matters toward client instruction and commercial benefit.
